Uniquely forward notes of milkshake, banana, guava and wine
Treat your tastebuds to our latest coffee - an anaerobic coffee from Colombia! Anaerobic fermentation refers to lack of oxygen during processing - essentially, a producer has specifically deprived the coffee’s surrounding environment of oxygen during the fermentation stage, which can have unique effects on its ultimate flavor profile. With uniquely forward notes of milkshake, banana, guava and wine, this one packs a flavor punch. This limited-edition release is served in our new 8 oz canisters, giving it an extra special touch.

Through unique processing methods, Marta and her family were able to support 25 surrounding farms and earn recognition worldwide.
