About Alvaro Quilcoe’s Farm

Cherries at Alvaro’s farm are all picked following a strict ripeness criteria. This microlot was exposed to an anaerobic fermentation of 25 hours after pulped, and dried on concrete patios to ideal moisture content.

This microlot is 100% Castillo. This varietal was developed by Federacion Nacional de Cafeteros. It is more productive than Caturra and resistant to the coffee leaf rust.
